Gian Fulgoni is chairman and co-founder of comScore, Inc. Mr. Fulgoni brings more than 30 years of leadership experience to the comScore team. From 1981 to 1998 he served as president and CEO of Information Resources, Inc., the international market research company, where he grew the firm’s revenues at an annual compound rate of 40 percent to levels in excess of $500 million per year. In 1996, IRI was recognized by Advertising Age as the largest U.S. market research company.

Long involved with the growth of hugely successful technology businesses, Mr. Fulgoni served on the boards of US Robotics and Platinum Technology prior to their respective acquisitions by 3Com and Computer Associates in multi-billion dollar transactions.

Mr. Fulgoni has been the recipient of numerous industry awards: The Chicago Area Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame, the Illinois Entrepreneur of the Year and the Wall Street Transcript Award. Educated in the U.K., Mr. Fulgoni holds a master’s degree in Marketing and a B.S. in Physics.

Greg Sterling is the founding principal of Sterling Market Intelligence, a consulting and research firm focused on the Internet’s influence on offline consumer purchase behavior. He also is a Senior Analyst for Local Mobile Search, an advisory service from Opus Research tracking the evolution of the mobile Internet.

Before Sterling Market Intelligence, Sterling ran The Kelsey Group’s Interactive Local Media program. Prior to The Kelsey Group, Sterling was at TechTV where he helped produce “Working the Web,” a national television show dedicated to e-business and the Internet. Before TechTV he was a founding editor and executive producer at AllBusiness.com. And prior to joining AllBusiness, Sterling was a practicing attorney in San Francisco.

Craig is the Chief Development Officer of NSA Media. Today, NSA Media is the largest newspaper planning and buying agency in the U.S. placing over $1.6 billion in newspaper advertising for more than 40 clients in the retail and service sectors.

Craig has spent his entire professional career in the field of retail marketing, working on both the agency/consultant and retailer sides. Craig joined the company in 1996 to provide focused expertise in the demographic analysis of retail trade areas. As Chief Information Officer, he had responsibility for all client-support functions at NSA Media including newspaper database management, application development, and special projects analysis. Beginning in 1999, Craig served as President of various media services divisions of the company, including Strategic Print Marketing (SPM) and Alliance Media where he was responsible for providing print media services to clients such as The Home Depot, Sears, Kmart, Linens ‘n Things and CVS/pharmacy. He was promoted to his current position in 2007.

Prior to NSA Media, Craig worked as both a retailer and consultant in the field of store location research, developing market deployment strategies and sales forecasting systems for leading retailers such as The Home Depot, Safeway, and The Sports Authority.

 

CushingChristian A. Hendricks

Mr. Hendricks has been Vice President, The McClatchy Company since 1999. He joined the company in 1992 as Advertising Manager, Marketing for The Fresno Bee, and the following year became its Marketing Director. In 1994 he was named Manager of Technology for McClatchy, and held this position until 1996 when he was promoted to President and Publisher of Nando Media, McClatchy's internet publishing company. He remained there until taking his current position in 1999. In 2004, Mr. Hendricks assumed the additional role of President of Nando Media, which was renamed McClatchy Interactive in 2005. In 2006, he assumed the additional duties of overseeing operations of the Centre Daily Times newspaper in State College, Pa. Mr. Hendricks was named "New Media Pioneer" in 2003 by the Newspaper Association of America's New Media Federation. He has served on the federation's board and various NAA committees.

Robert Kennedy, Jr. is a Director of Marketing in the Ecommerce Business unit at Toys“R”US.Com. In his current role, he is responsible for all relationship marketing activities including email marketing, online circulars, and database marketing. Additionally, he is responsible for multichannel projects, online safety initiatives, and supervising the technical programmers who maintain both the shopping and corporate websites.

Prior to transitioning to the retail industry last year, Robert served in a variety of marketing and operations positions with Harrah’s Entertainment – a leading provider of casino gaming. In his final position, he was the Vice President of Marketing at Harrah’s Metropolis Casino & Hotel in Metropolis, IL. In this role, he was responsible for Advertising & Public Relations, Marketing Communications, Relationship Marketing/Direct Mail, Promotions & Special Events, Entertainment, Group Sales, and Internet Marketing.

Robert completed undergraduate studies at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science. He also completed graduate school requirements at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA and earned a Master of Science Degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development. Additionally, Robert attended professional school at the Fuqua School of Business - Duke University in Durham, NC where he earned an MBA with a concentration in Accounting.

 

CushingPeter Krasilovsky

Peter Krasilovsky is an undisputed local online media authority who has been immersed in interactive media since the mid-1980s. He was the program director of The Kelsey Group’s Local Online Commerce practice from 1998 to 2001. He currently serves as program director for The Kelsey Group’s new Marketplaces advisory service, focused on verticals, classifieds and e-commerce. He also is the co-producer of  The Kelsey Group’s Interactive Local Media and Drilling Down conferences.
Peter has worked with most of the major media, telecom and directory companies. Since the mid-1990s, he has specifically focused on local media and commerce. He has also been a principal in many key industry studies, including The Electronic Access Project with Coopers and Lybrand (1992), The Demand for Local Services with Find/SVP (1996), and The Disruptive Technologies and Newspapers project with Harvard Business School Professor Clark Gilbert and Borrell Associates (2003).

Peter has also worked in the development of nonprofit interactive applications with the U.S. Department of Commerce, The Markle Foundation and The Benton Foundation. His authoritative views on new media trends have regularly landed him in most of the major newspapers and business magazines. He has also been a frequent guest on PBS’ Nightly Business Report.

Peter received his master’s degree in communications management at USC’s Annenberg School of Communications. His bachelor’s degree is in liberal arts from Sarah Lawrence College, Bronxville, New York. While in college, Peter worked as a freelance music and radio industry reporter for Billboard magazine.

A native of Chappaqua, New York, Peter is married to Sharon Bywater. He currently lives and works out of Carlsbad, California, after living in the Washington, D.C., area for many years.

Steven Feuling is the Retail Category Development Officer (CDO) for Yahoo! He oversees the company’s retail category initiatives and guides the sales force to deliver solutions for retailers to capture sales through online advertising. Feuling brings more than 19 years of experience to Yahoo! with a background on both the client and agency side. Previously, he worked for Starcom USA as President and Chief Consumer Officer, providing executive leadership and inhouse CMO perspective across the company’s diversified client base. Before his tenure at Starcom, Feuling was Senior VP forMarketing at Kmart where he developed the new positioning which served as the cornerstone for the company’s emergence from Chapter 11 reorganization, including the development of Kmart’s full brand portfolio strategy. He new brand introductions for Kmart, including Joe Boxer, Disney Kids and Martha Stewart Holiday, representing sales in excess of $1.5 billion. Feuling earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his BS in Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is based in Yahoo!’s San Francisco office.

Shawn Riegsecker is the founder of Centro and currently leads its strategic vision as Chairman and CEO. Centro has developed a proprietary local media web-based platform that helps make advertising on local websites easy and efficient for hundreds of advertisers and agencies. Having worked his entire career in the confluence of publishing, advertising and technology, Riegsecker saw the need to help make the buying of local online media across thousands of traditional publisher websites easy for advertisers and their respective advertising agencies. He began his career in 1992 selling print advertising for the Akron Beacon Journal, moved on to leading the sales team at Cleveland.com and eventually to a similar role at Real Media. Mr. Riegsecker founded Centro to help create a frictionless media process between buyers and sellers in the local industry. Based in Chicago, the company has more than 100 employees and offices in ten cities. Mr. Riegsecker graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.

The Newspaper Association of America awarded Mr. Riegsecker the Advertising Person of the Year, which is given annually “to an advertising person who has fostered the ideals of partnership and cooperation in working with the newspaper industry.”

Carrie serves eBusiness, Channel & Product Management professionals and leads a team that helps these professionals in the retail, financial services, travel, and healthcare industries optimize sales and service strategies across channels. Carrie's current research focuses on online and multichannel retailing.

Prior to this position, Carrie spent eight years at Forrester researching the dynamics and growth of online retailing. In this role, she analyzed consumers' adoption of eCommerce, their multichannel behavior, and how retailers optimize sales to those consumers with key technologies and strategies. In this role, Carrie authored many key Forrester reports, including Forrester's annual eCommerce forecast. In addition, since 2002, Carrie has authored or led the research effort for The State of Retailing Online, a Shop.org survey conducted by Forrester Research.

Carrie's background prior to Forrester includes work at the Harvard Business School, where she wrote case studies on Streamline, Frontgate, PlanetAll, Barnes & Noble, QVC, and TV Guide.
Carrie has appeared on NBC Nightly News, CNBC, and CNNfn to speak about online retail trends and react to various retail news events. She has also been quoted in various newspapers, including The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, USA Today, and The Boston Globe.

Carrie is a magna cum laude graduate of Bowdoin College.

Dana C. Hayes, Jr., was named senior vice president/sales for Tribune Interactive (TI) in August 2006. He is responsible for strategic coordination of the group’s national and local sales activities, and plays a lead role in developing interactive advertising products for TI’s network of more than 50 websites.

Prior to this appointment, Hayes was senior vice president/sales and marketing for Tribune Media Net (TMN) the national advertising sales organization of Tribune Company and its major-market newspapers. In this position he directed marketing and cross-media advertising programs across Tribune’s broadcasting, publishing and Internet businesses, overseeing eight sales offices across the country.  He began his career at Tribune in 1999 as vice president/sales and e-commerce for Tribune Interactive.

Before Tribune, Hayes was vice president/Midwest sales for Turner Broadcasting Sales Inc. in Chicago. In that role, he led a regional sales team for Turner Entertainment Networks and oversaw national commercial-time sales for cable networks TBS and TNT. From 1989 to 1998, Hayes held several managerial roles at Landmark Networks, including regional sales manager, overseeing the Chicago regional sales office for The Weather Channel and The Travel Channel.  From 1987 to 1989, he was a media buyer and planner at Leo Burnett Company.

A native of Chicago, born February 28, 1964, Hayes has a bachelor’s degree in communications from DePauw University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Kohl Children’s Museum.

Paul brings over 17 years of mobile and advertising experience to the company, most recently as Vice President of Business Development, Mobio Networks where he was responsible for the business development strategy and managing relationships with large web service providers such as portals, travel, entertainment and social networking sites. Prior to Mobio he was the VP of US Consumer Products for Neven Vision, a pioneer in the field of mobile visual search. And before that, Paul was VP of Mobile Marketing at m-Qube for 4 years creating effective SMS programs, and several notable industry firsts, for the likes of P&G, Coors, Warner Music, Nestle, Nike, Boost Mobile, Kodak, Visa and their agencies.

Before coming to the US, Paul worked for McCann-Erickson Worldwide for over 10 years in Hong Kong, Saigon and Jakarta planning campaigns for American Express, Coca-Cola, General Motors, Gillette, Nestle, Unilever and other large clients. Paul began his career in London, working in sales promotion.

Alan Li is a 20+ year veteran of the wireless industry. Currently, Mr. Li is responsible for business development activities at Platform-A’s mobile advertising division, Third Screen Media. Mr. Li began his career in the UK with British Telecom Laboratories and then held management positions within two wireless carriers; Cellnet (now 02/Telefonica), and one2one (now T-Mobile UK). Mr. Li relocated to the US to become Vice President of Andrew Corporation’s, Comsearch division and later formed Acumen Consulting Inc., a boutique practice focused on business development, financial due diligence, and international projects. More recently, Mr. Li has spent several years with a number of VC funded companies in California, including Ad Infuse, a mobile advertising start-up. Mr. Li holds an MBA from Georgetown University.
